Refund Policy

At Tudio, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you’re unsatisfied or receive a damaged/defective product, we’ll make it right. Please review our policy below:


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof Required: For damaged/defective items, you must upload clear photos/videos of the issue via our app or email.


2. Non-Eligible Items

The following cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Final Sale Items: Marked as "final sale" during purchase.

  • Perishables: Gift cards or promotional codes.

  • Altered Items: Products with removed tags, stains, or signs of wear.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a return request via:

  • Tudio App: Go to Orders > Select Item > Request Return.

  • Website: Log into your account and visit Order History.

  • Email: Contact cs@tudio.in with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Await approval. We’ll review your request (including uploaded media) within 48 hours.

Step 3: If approved, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective/damaged items).

  • Instructions for self-shipping (for non-defective returns).

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


4. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Store Credit: Opt for instant Tudio credit (no expiry) for future purchases.

  • Exchanges: Request a new size/color (subject to availability).


5. Exceptions & Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Free: For damaged/defective items (we cover shipping).

    • Customer Responsibility: For non-defective returns ($5.99 deducted from your refund).

  • Lost Packages: We’re not liable for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.


6. Damaged/Defective Products

  • Report Immediately: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Evidence: Provide photos/videos showing the defect, packaging, and order number.

  • Resolution: We’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Use the provided prepaid label or retain proof of postage.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and jewelry must include original hygiene seals.


8. Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, seam splits). Contact us with proof to activate this warranty.
