At Tudio, we understand that plans change, and we aim to make cancellations as seamless as possible. Below are the detailed terms governing cancellations for orders, subscriptions, and services. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.


1. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
You may cancel an order at no cost if your request is submitted before the item enters the shipping process. To cancel, visit the “Orders” section of your Tudio account or contact our support team via email/live chat with your order number. We process cancellation requests within 2 hours of receipt, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once canceled, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Instead, you may return the item(s) upon delivery by following our Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Custom or Preorder Items:
Cancellations are not permitted for custom-made products (e.g., personalized apparel) or preorder items, as these are produced or reserved specifically for you. Exceptions may apply if there’s a significant delay (15+ days) in fulfilling your order.


2. Subscription Cancellations
Tudio StyleBox (Monthly Subscription):
If you subscribe to our monthly StyleBox service, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. To do so, log into your account, navigate to “Subscriptions,” and select “Cancel.” Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for future cycles. Note that partial refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you will receive any remaining scheduled boxes.
Membership Programs (e.g., Tudio Prime):
Annual memberships can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of your annual term, and no prorated refunds will be issued. To cancel, contact our support team directly.


3. Event or Service Cancellations
Virtual Styling Sessions or Workshops:
Cancellations for paid events or services (e.g., styling consultations) must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Late requests will incur a 50% cancellation fee. To cancel, email cs@tudio.in with your booking confirmation number.
Tudio-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases, we may cancel an event, service, or subscription due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, facilitator unavailability). You will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or credit for future use.


4. Payment Processing
Refunds for canceled orders or services will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 3–10 business days. For subscription cancellations, ensure you cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges.


5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Final Sale Items: Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
  • Gift Cards: Purchases of digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity without prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delays, ensure all cancellation requests include:

  • Your full name and order/service number.
  • A clear reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).
  • For subscriptions, confirmation that you wish to terminate future billing.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in processing delays.
